Yes! I have years of hands-on experience caring for exotic species, senior pets, and animals with medical or behavioral needs. Care is always tailored to your pet’s routine, comfort level, and handling requirements.
Experience includes small mammals, reptiles, birds, amphibians, and other exotic species.

You can request care though the Request Care form on the website. Once I receive your request, I’ll follow up within 24 hours to confirm availability and next steps.

Yes, a meet and greet is required for all new clients. This allows me to meet you and your pets, review and discuss care routines, and ensure everyone is comfortable before services begin. In last-minute or emergency situations care may be accepted without a meet and greet on a case by case basis.

Standard visits cover basic daily care such as feeding, fresh water, enclosure checks, and gentle check ins and interaction based on your pet’s comfort level.
Extended visits allow more time for enrichment, deeper cleaning, or providing care for multiple pets.
Specialized care visits are designed for medical needs, or more complex routines.
-
Yes. I can provide oral medications, topical treatments, inhaled treatments (such as nebulization), and follow care instructions. I have experience supporting pets with ongoing medical needs, including senior and exotic animals.
I do not diagnose medical conditions or make treatment decisions. If a concern arises during a visit, I will contact you promptly and follow your pre-established emergency plan.
-
Visit time covers all aspects of care, including cleaning, feeding, and enrichment. Species that require more hands-on enrichment, such as birds or rats, may require a Specialized Care visit.
Standard Care visits begin at 30 minutes. Extended Care begin at 45 minutes, and 60 minutes for Specialized Care. Visit time can be extended beyond the starting length in 15-minute increments.
-
Absolutely! You’ll receive detailed updates during visits, including notes and photos.
-
Your pet’s health and safety are always prioritized. In the event of an emergency, I will make every effort to contact you and your designated alternate contact. If neither party can be reached after two attempts each, I will seek veterinary care and defer medical decisions to the attending veterinarian’s professional judgement. I will always act in your pet’s best interest while keeping you as informed as quickly as possible.
Any veterinary treatment, emergency care, or related expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.
